FORVIA sells its Interiors business to Apollo Funds
FORVIA, a major player in the automotive industry, has signed an agreement to sell its Interiors business to Apollo Funds for €1.82 billion. This transaction is part of the IGNITE strategy, presented at the Investor Day in February 2026, which aims to strengthen the group's technology activities and reduce its debt by more than €1 billion.
FORVIA Interiors generates approximately 18% of the group's revenue, with 31,000 employees and several locations worldwide. Completion of this sale is subject to consultations and regulatory approvals, expected by the end of 2026.
