Goldman Sachs reduces its stake in Forvia
On October 15, 2025, The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. reduced its stake in Forvia. Through its controlled companies, the bank now held 4.82% of the capital, down from over 5% previously.
This decrease in stake is the result of an off-market sale of Forvia shares. This change was communicated to the Financial Markets Authority, also specifying the indirect holding of shares through various financial mechanisms.
The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. owns, among other things, 3,087,942 shares through securities lending and 1,600,000 shares through call option contracts. Swap agreements and warrants also contribute to this holding.
