FSDV: New share buyback program authorized

On July 31, 2025, FSDV announced the launch of a share buyback program, authorized by the general meeting of June 30, 2025. This program allows FSDV to buy back up to 10% of its capital, including 1,435,591 shares, with a maximum price set at 25 euros per share. The total amount of the program amounts to 35,889,775 euros.

The objectives include the allocation of shares to employees, the stimulation of the secondary market, and use in external growth operations. The program, which will last 18 months, will end on December 31, 2026. An investment services provider will oversee the execution of the program through a liquidity contract.
