Fermentalg: Details on Voting Rights and Shares

Fermentalg has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares, in accordance with French legal requirements. As of July 31, 2026, the company's share capital consisted of 119,939,198 shares. The total theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, is estimated at 141,695,831. However, the exercisable number of these rights, excluding treasury shares, amounts to 141,526,159.

These figures are calculated in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation. Fermentalg's next announcement will concern the results for the first half of 2026, scheduled for October 6, 2026, after market close.
