Fermi Inc. Appoints Lee McIntire as CEO

Fermi Inc. has announced Lee McIntire as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective August 11, 2026. McIntire, previously an independent director of Fermi's Board, brings over 40 years of experience in engineering and infrastructure projects from firms like Bechtel, CH2M Hill, and TerraPower. His expertise is viewed as crucial for Fermi’s future phase focusing on construction and power delivery.

Board Chairman Marius Haas praised McIntire's track record in managing complex projects and noted his familiarity with Fermi. McIntire expressed excitement about leveraging Fermi's resources, including partnerships and infrastructure, to create shareholder value as the company advances from development to operational phases.

McIntire's extensive leadership experience includes notable roles at Bechtel and CH2M Hill, where he oversaw significant projects like the 2012 London Olympics venues. He has also engaged with various international and advisory bodies throughout his career.
