Mandatory Delisting of Fiducial Office Solutions Shares
On October 27, 2026, Fiducial SC announced the implementation of the mandatory delisting of Fiducial Office Solutions shares. This process follows the public delisting offer approved by the AMF on October 8, 2026. Following this offer, Fiducial SC holds 99.81% of the company's share capital.
The delisting will involve the remaining 4,183 shares, representing 0.19% of the share capital, which were not tendered by minority shareholders. The compensation amount is set at €36 per share, the same as in the initial offer.
Trading of the shares will be suspended until the mandatory delisting is completed, scheduled for November 10, 2026. Crédit Industriel et Commercial will manage the compensation transactions.
The unclaimed funds will be held by CIC CIB for ten years before reverting to the state. The company will publish a legal notice to inform the holder of the withdrawal.
