Quarterly performance of FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE as of December 31, 2025
FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE's consolidated revenue for the first quarter amounted to €18.3 million for its property business, an increase compared to €17.6 million in the previous year. This growth is attributed to higher rental income, particularly due to new developments in Lyon Murano and New York.
The activity of Service Providers also saw a slight increase, reaching 4.1 million euros.
Among the quarter's significant events was the acquisition of a building in Lyon by SCI Dame de l'Ouest Lyonnais for €27.1 million. FIDUCIAL REAL ESTATE also saw a change in its leadership with the appointment of Guirec PENHOAT as chairman.
Forecasts for the end of the financial year indicate expected annual consolidated revenue of between 89 and 90 million euros.
