Admission of Securities to the Official List by FCA
On July 27, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. This admission includes various notes and derivatives associated with significant financial entities, effective immediately from the announcement.
HSBC Bank PLC issued multiple series of notes linked to UKSED3P Investments Limited Preference Shares. These notes are due between 2031 and 2032 and are identified by specific ISINs. Additionally, Barclays Bank PLC and Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC have also listed their securities and floating rate notes, respectively.
These securities have been admitted to trading on recognized investment exchanges. The FCA highlights that such notices should be read alongside relevant market exchange notices to fully understand trading admissions.
