FCA Admits Securities to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List, effective from May 13, 2026. This includes a diverse set of financial instruments from various issuers and sectors.
FAB Sukuk Company Limited introduced Trust Certificates maturing in 2031, denominated in USD. Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. issued notes linked to preference shares, with a maturity date in 2032, denominated in GBP. The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development issued Green Callable Notes maturing in 2036, in AUD.
HSBC Bank PLC and Coventry Building Society also made significant listings, along with notes from Australia and New Zealand Banking Group and Royal Bank of Canada. These admissions reflect a dynamic participation across currency backgrounds.
