FCA Admits Various Securities to Official List
On December 23, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of multiple securities to the Official List. The inclusion covers a range of issuers, with securities spanning from physical metal-linked certificates to digital securities.
Notably, Invesco Physical Markets PLC and iShares Physical Metals plc introduced secured metals-linked certificates. Additionally, major financial entities like Barclays Bank PLC and HSBC Bank PLC contributed with securitised derivatives.
The Republic of Congo and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development offered significant note issuances, while WisdomTree Issuer X Limited and CoinShares Digital Securities Limited presented digital securities linked to cryptocurrencies.
