FCA Announces Admission to Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has admitted several securities to the Official List, effective from October 7, 2026. The listed securities include a series of mortgage-backed floating rate notes issued by Braccan Mortgage Funding 2026-2 plc. These notes have a maturity date of December 17, 2068, and are fully paid. They come in various classes, from Class A to Class Z, and are registered under Regulation S and Rule 144A.
Additionally, the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development has listed 9.25% Notes due in 2030, and Barclays Bank PLC has securities due in 2029. Severn Trent Utilities Finance PLC has issued guaranteed notes with a maturity date in 2031. These securities represent a mix of debt and debt-like instruments, some of which are derivatives.
