FCA Announces New Additions to Official List
On December 12, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of a range of securities to the Official List. This includes a diverse set of issuers, from resource companies to financial institutions and government entities.
Blencowe Resources Plc has listed 1,000,000 ordinary shares. Invesco Physical Markets PLC is introducing secured gold, platinum, and silver-linked certificates with varying maturity dates. iShares Physical Metals PLC continues with Gold and Silver ETCs along with Physical Palladium ETC.
Significant debt securities from the Republic of South Africa and the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development have also been added. New exchange-traded products, such as 21Shares Bitcoin Core and WisdomTree's Ethereum Digital Securities, make a notable entry.
