FCA Announces New Additions to Official List
On November 25, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of several securities to the Official List. This move includes diverse assets from notable issuers such as Invesco Physical Markets PLC, Capital Limited, and iShares Physical Metals Plc, among others.
Invesco Physical Markets PLC listed 24,000 Secured Silver-Linked Certificates and 110,000 Secured Gold-Linked Certificates, both due in 2100. Additionally, Capital Limited added over 19 million common shares to the list.
Diversified issuers like Graniteshares Financial plc and 21Shares AG contributed various debt securities, including unique offerings like the GraniteShares 3x Long PayPal Daily ETP Securities and the 21Shares Ethereum Core ETP. Moreover, the European Bank for Reconstruction & Development issued 350 million in 11.75% notes due in 2026.
