FCA Announces New Securities Admissions to Official List

On October 30, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) declared the admission of various securities to their Official List. These securities encompass debt, equity shares, and securitized derivatives from several issuers. Inter-American Investment Corporation listed floating rate notes due in 2029. International Finance Corporation's newly listed notes are due in 2028 with a high interest rate of 14.25%. Abenójar Tungsten, S.A. issued ordinary shares valued at EUR0.025 each.

London Bridge Mortgages 2026-1 PLC offered multiple classes of mortgage-backed floating rate notes, with maturities extending to 2073. Notably, Barclays Bank PLC introduced equity-linked securities due in 2031, while Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce launched preference share-linked notes maturing in 2032.
