FCA Approves New Securities for Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the admission of several securities to the Official List, effective from September 15, 2026. The list includes diverse entries from prominent financial institutions, signifying a varied range of investment opportunities.
The Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has introduced Preference Share Linked Notes due in 2031, while Barclays Bank PLC's securities are set to mature in 2032. Both issuers fall under the categories of debt-like securities and securitized derivatives, respectively.
Additionally, the Bank of Montreal has its Callable Fixed to Floating Rate Senior Notes maturing in 2033. The National Bank of Canada and First Abu Dhabi Bank have issued bonds maturing in 2029 and 2031, respectively. The Nationwide Building Society has also introduced Senior Preferred Notes due in 2036.
