FCA Delists Pavillion Mortgages 2022-1 PLC Securities
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the removal of Pavillion Mortgages 2022-1 PLC securities from the Official List, effective from 08:00 on May 1, 2026. This decision impacts several classes of mortgage-backed floating rate notes.
The classes removed include Class A, B, C, D, E, and Class R notes, all of which are due on October 25, 2065. Each class was registered in denominations of GBP100,000 with integral multiples beyond GBP1,000. These are classified under debt and debt-like securities.
The notice, issued by the FCA's Issuer Management, advises market participants of this change. It highlights the coordination needed with recognized investment exchanges such as the London Stock Exchange. This removal reflects regulatory adjustments impacting trading and market listings.
