FCA Delists Tower Bridge Funding 2024-3 PLC Securities
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the removal of Tower Bridge Funding 2024-3 PLC securities from the Official List effective 23rd September 2026. The delisted securities include various classes of mortgage-backed floating rate notes due in 2066. These notes, issued in multiple classes including A, B, C, D, E, and X, were fully paid and registered in denominations of GBP100,000 with integral multiples of GBP1,000.
