Financial Conduct Authority Admits New Securities to Official List
On July 9, 2026, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of various securities to the Official List. This includes notes from SG ISSUER, EUROPEAN BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT, and MITSUBISHI HC CAPITAL UK PLC, among others. These securities are now officially listed and can be traded on recognized investment exchanges.
The listings feature debt and debt-like securities, exemplified by a 16.75% note from the EUROPEAN BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION & DEVELOPMENT due in 2027. Additionally, income and floating rate notes from Leverage Shares Public Limited Company and Heathrow Finance PLC have been admitted.
