Gatwick Airport Finance plc Removed from Official List
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has announced the removal of Gatwick Airport Finance plc securities from the Official List. This removal is effective from November 26, 2025, at 08:00 GMT/BST. The securities affected include the 4.375% Senior Secured Notes due April 7, 2026. These notes were registered in denominations of GBP 100,000 and integral multiples of GBP 1,000.
The removed securities were debt and debt-like instruments, with the International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) XS2329602135. Despite the removal from the Official List, they continue to be admitted to trading on several Recognised Investment Exchanges, including the London Stock Exchange and others such as Aquis Stock Exchange and Euronext.
