New Securities Admitted to the Official List by FCA
On December 16, 2025, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) announced the admission of a variety of securities to the Official List. Among the issuers are companies such as Kavango Resources PLC, Invesco Physical Markets PLC, and iShares Physical Metals PLC. These issuers are offering equity shares and debt securities, including platinum and gold-linked certificates. The securities are now fully paid and cover a range of categories from equity shares to debt-like instruments.
Other notable issuers include 21Shares AG with its Ethereum Staking Exchange Traded Product and Roquefort Therapeutics plc with ordinary shares. Additionally, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development is issuing floating rate global notes and notes with various maturities. Barclays Bank PLC and WisdomTree are also part of the listing, offering securitised derivatives and commodity securities, respectively.
