2024 Results: Financière Marjos widens its losses
On April 29, 2025, Financière Marjos announced a loss of €209,365 for 2024, compared to €15,423 in 2023. The lack of exceptional results and a €60,000 penalty in a dispute with Préatoni contributed to this decline. The company has appealed this judgment.
The capital structure has been restructured with the exit of Odiot Holding, replaced by JMS Consultancy and Franck Lévy. Guillaume Clignet and Franck Lévy now control 28.46% and 21.30% of the company, respectively. This restructuring opens up development prospects, with an active search for partners.
A capital increase will be proposed at the general meeting of June 25, 2025, to replenish shareholders' equity. The 2024 Annual Financial Report is available on the company's website.
