Fleury Michon: Declaration of Voting Rights for October 2025
On November 7, 2025, Fleury Michon published its monthly report on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. This report is published in accordance with Articles 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation and L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code.
As of October 31, 2025, Fleury Michon declares a total of 4,387,757 shares comprising its share capital, which is unchanged compared to the end of September 2025. The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 7,495,784. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is 7,262,480, this figure taking into account shares deprived of voting rights.
