Fleury Michon: Summary of share buybacks from January 19 to 23, 2026
During the week of January 19-23, 2026, Fleury Michon carried out a series of share buybacks on the XPAR market. These transactions were part of the company's own share buyback program.
On January 21, 177 shares were repurchased at an average price of €24.90 each. On January 22, the volume increased slightly with 186 shares acquired at the same price per share. Finally, on January 23, an additional 158 shares were acquired, again at a price of €24.90.
The transactions were carried out via Crédit Industriel et Commercial, and they are intended to support the "Fleury Michon Stock Options" program.
