Focus Graphite Announces $500,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement

Focus Graphite Inc. has launched a non-brokered private placement. The company is offering up to 5 million units at $0.10 each, aiming to raise $500,000. Each unit includes one common share and a non-transferable warrant. The warrant allows the purchase of one additional common share at $0.20, within 24 months.

No commissions are tied to this financing. Proceeds will support existing operations and working capital. The placement should close around February 15, 2025, pending necessary approvals, including from the TSX Venture Exchange. Units are for accredited investors and insiders, under certain exemptions.
