PULLUP Entertainment held its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting on September 23, 2026. With a quorum of 68.98%, the 45 shareholders present and represented voted on various important resolutions. Among these, the approval of the company and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, was confirmed, as well as the renewal of the terms of office for six directors.
