ATLAND Launches "ATLAND Développement Immo 1"

ATLAND announces the launch of its first real estate development vehicle, "ATLAND Développement Immo 1." This project is designed to support equity-backed development operations, initially focused on residential properties. The vehicle was created in partnership with SOCFIM Investissements and Immobilière Thoynard. This launch marks a key step in the evolution of its model focused on global asset management.

Three development projects have already been identified. They represent more than 330 homes and include the Maisons Marianne intergenerational residences in Pontoise and Nanteuil-les-Meaux, as well as a mixed-use development in Aubervilliers.

This initiative is part of ATLAND's strategy to focus its revenues on a fee-based model, while maintaining an alignment of interests through co-investment. ATLAND intends to continue this path to ensure the growth of its operations management.
