Distribution of ATLAND capital as of December 31, 2024
Foncière Atland has published a press release declaring the distribution of its capital and voting rights as of December 31, 2024, in accordance with article 223-16 of the general regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
In total, ATLAND has 4,460,802 shares. Of these, 1,093,989 are shares with single voting rights, representing 1,093,989 theoretical voting rights. In addition, there are 3,202,045 shares with double voting rights, representing 6,404,090 theoretical voting rights.
The shares held in treasury amount to 164,041 units, with as many theoretical voting rights. In addition, the category A preference shares amount to 727, without associated voting rights. This brings the total voting rights to 7,662,120.
