INEA Refinances 25% of its Long-Term Bank Debt

INEA has finalized the refinancing of its 2026 and 2027 debt, consolidating 25% of its bank debt, or approximately €158 million, to a term of nearly seven years. This refinancing was carried out through three new loans signed with eight lenders, demonstrating the banks' confidence in INEA. The average maturity of the debt has been extended from 2.6 to 4.0 years.

The financing includes a €40 million mortgage and two SLL loans with ESG commitments, highlighting INEA's sustainable approach. The new loans maintain competitive spreads despite rising interest rates, with the secured debt percentage increasing to 67%.

INEA continues to focus on sustainable real estate and regional growth, reinforcing its position as a leader in Green Building in France. The company aims to improve occupancy rates and reduce the LTV ratio.
