Provision of the Universal Registration Document by INEA

Foncière INEA, a key player in commercial real estate in the French regions, has announced the availability of its Universal Registration Document for the 2025 financial year. This document, filed with the Financial Markets Authority, includes in particular the annual financial report and the company's first voluntary sustainability report.

Although not required to do so, INEA chose to structure its report according to the CSRD directive, thus demonstrating its commitment to sustainability. The company boasts a remarkable performance, with 90% of its assets already compliant with the sustainability standards set for 2030. Through this approach, INEA confirms that sustainability and economic performance go hand in hand.
