Foncière Volta launches a bond buyback operation

Foncière Volta has announced its intention to partially redeem its bonds issued in December 2021, with a total face value of €16.5 million. These bonds, offering an annual interest rate of 4.50%, will mature in December 2026. The maximum redemption amount is set at €11 million, with a purchase price of €1,030.70 per bond, including accrued interest up to the redemption date.

The redemption period runs from August 10 to 21, 2026. Bondholders must contact their intermediaries before this date. UPTEVIA, as the centralizing agent, will manage the transaction. If the total amount of bonds tendered exceeds the maximum allowed, a pro rata adjustment will be applied. The redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
