Partial repurchase of bonds by Foncière Volta

On August 26, 2026, Foncière Volta will repurchase 11,000 bonds issued on December 20, 2021. These bonds, with a nominal value of €1,000 each and bearing an annual interest of 4.50%, will be repurchased at a price of €1,030.70, including interest accrued up to the date of repurchase.

This amount exceeds the previously announced ceiling of €11 million, resulting in a pro rata reduction of seller interest. Following this transaction, 5,500 bonds will remain outstanding, representing a nominal value of €5.5 million. The repurchased bonds will be cancelled according to the established terms.
