Executive Board Change at Forbo Holding Ltd
Forbo Holding Ltd has announced a forthcoming change in its Executive Board. Andreas Jaeger, currently serving as CFO and interim CEO, will leave the company in the fourth quarter of 2025. Jaeger has decided to pursue a new professional challenge but will maintain his current roles until his departure. The search for his successor is underway.
Bernhard Merki, Chairman of the Board of Directors, expressed gratitude for Jaeger's commitment, particularly his additional responsibilities as interim CEO. The company, known for its environmentally conscious products, employs around 5,100 people worldwide and reported net sales of CHF 1,122.0 million in 2024. Forbo is headquartered in Baar, Switzerland, and is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
