Bolt Metals Corp. Appoints Rick Mah as CFO and Corporate Secretary

Bolt Metals Corp., a North American mineral acquisition and exploration company, has appointed Mr. Rick Mah as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. His appointment is effective immediately. Mr. Mah succeeds Mr. William Page, who has resigned from his roles at the company.

Rick Mah brings over 25 years of experience in finance, having worked in sectors including technology, finance, natural resources, and hospitality. His expertise lies in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic planning. He has successfully raised more than $700 million in capital and engaged in strategic transactions ranging from $1 million to $3.4 billion.

Mr. Mah is currently the CFO and Corporate Secretary of several other businesses, underscoring his capacity in handling financial reporting and regulatory matters. He holds a CPA, CFA, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.
