Forsee Power: Crossing of Thresholds by Bpifrance

On June 24, 2025, Bpifrance, through Bpifrance Investissement, crossed the thresholds of 15%, 20%, and 25% of the capital and voting rights of Forsee Power. The transaction was carried out by subscribing to a capital increase, bringing Bpifrance's indirect stake to 33,438,172 shares, or 28.50% of the capital and 26.39% of the voting rights. No other additional action is currently envisaged by Bpifrance Investissement.

Bpifrance Investissement, acting alone, does not plan to take control of or make additional purchases of Forsee Power shares over the next six months. No regulatory action or board nomination request is planned. This move is the result of equity dedicated to expanding its current stake.
