Forsee Power Enters Exclusive Negotiations with FCAP for Investment
Forsee Power is in exclusive talks with FCAP Investors Pte. Ltd, an Asian private equity fund, regarding a €20 million capital increase. This move aims to strengthen its equity and support the RePower27 plan. FCAP's investment, through a Singapore-based company, would be priced at €0.25 per share and requires clearance from the French Ministry of Economy. The plan includes acquiring Mitsui & Co's stake, making FCAP a major shareholder without surpassing the 30% ownership mark.
The deal, involving existing shareholders like Bpifrance, Eurazeo, and Noria, promises access to advanced technologies, new markets, and strategic partnerships in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. Forsee Power aims to bolster its industrial competitiveness while retaining its French and European essence.
