FORSEE POWER: Threshold crossed by Bpifrance Investissement
On June 13, 2025, Bpifrance Investissement announced that it had fallen below the 15% voting rights threshold in FORSEE POWER. The company now holds 9,047,929 shares, representing 12.61% of the capital and 11.36% of the voting rights. This change results from a double loss of voting rights.
At the same time, the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) also crossed this threshold downwards. Through Bpifrance Investissement and CDC Croissance, the CDC holds 9,883,133 shares, representing 13.77% of the capital and 12.41% of the voting rights of FORSEE POWER. These changes are based on a total capital of 71,744,727 shares for 79,615,653 voting rights.
