FORTEC Elektronik Appoints Michael Spatny as New COO

FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft, a leader in display technology and power supplies, welcomes Michael Spatny as the new COO from May 18, 2026. Spatny succeeds Ulrich Ermel, who leaves the company at the end of his contract on June 30, 2026. Spatny's contract extends until June 30, 2029.

With over 35 years in the technology sector, Spatny has excelled in roles such as CEO and CSO, focusing on operational efficiency and driving growth. His experience spans the EMEA region, the U.S., and Asia. Previously, he was the CEO of IHSE Group, specializing in advanced KVM products.

Christoph Schubert, Chairman of FORTEC, expressed confidence in Spatny's expertise to steer FORTEC towards profitable growth. Spatny looks forward to leveraging his experience to unlock the company’s potential amid current global challenges and dynamic market conditions.
