Fourcore Tech Finance Updates on Capital Structure and Interest Payments

Fourcore Tech Finance Ltd., formerly Cardea Luna Capital Partners Ltd., provided an update on its capital structure realignment. The company, based in London, is developing a comprehensive plan to restructure its financing framework. This initiative aims to offer a sustainable long-term financial solution for the future activities of Fourcore Tech Finance and the holders of its outstanding notes.

As part of this process, Fourcore Tech Finance has decided to review the timing of interest payments due under its notes. The interest payment scheduled for 16 September 2026 on its 10.25% notes maturing in 2029 and the 10% notes with an amended maturity date of September 2029 will not be made as planned.

Outstanding interest payments due on 16 September 2025 and 28 February 2026 are being addressed within the broader realignment strategy. The company is actively developing a proposal for note holders to address its obligations and establish a sustainable capital structure.
