Fox E-Mobility AG Delays Publication of 2026 Half-Year Financial Report

Fox E-mobility AG has announced a delay in the publication of its 2026 half-year financial report. Initially scheduled for release today, the report's publication is postponed due to a quorum issue within the Supervisory Board. This issue arose following the unexpected death of Supervisory Board member Mr. Rene Peter on September 25, 2026. As a consequence, the board is currently unable to formally approve the financial statements.

The company's Management Board has applied to the local court for a judicial appointment of a successor. This appointment is intended to fill the vacancy until the next Annual General Meeting, with expectations of a swift resolution. Once the new member is appointed, the half-year financial report will be promptly published.
