fox e-mobility AG announced the receipt of an unqualified audit opinion for its 2024 financial statements. Conducted by Dr. Kleeberg & Partner GmbH, the audit revealed adjustments leading to a net loss of EUR 68.153 million. The balance sheet total rose to approximately EUR 7.9 million, while a deficit of EUR 0.258 million remained uncovered by equity.

For 2025, a capital fluctuation was noted with subscribed capital increasing to EUR 1 million by year-end. Despite an operating loss of EUR 0.7 million, the final results are expected to be positive, with the annual report anticipated in October 2026.

In the first half of 2026, fixed assets saw growth due to acquisitions, and convertible bonds were issued totaling EUR 13.3 million, reducing liabilities to EUR 2 million. The period is expected to result in a positive outcome, with detailed interim reports due by the end of September 2026.
