Fox E-mobility AG Receives Unrestricted Auditor's Certificate for 2023
Fox e-mobility AG has successfully undergone a voluntary audit for its 2023 financial year. The audit was conducted by Dr. Kleeberg & Partner GmbH and resulted in a clean auditor's certificate. A 65-page report was submitted, following which the Supervisory Board approved the audited financial statements.
The audited statements presented minor discrepancies from the unaudited versions due to specific accounting adjustments. These adjustments involved receivables, liabilities, and provisions, leading to a net profit adjustment of approximately EUR 0.154 million, bringing it to EUR 0.239 million, with total equity remaining around EUR 68 million.
Shares of fox e-mobility AG continue to be suspended until the publication of audited statements for the 2024 and 2025 financial years.
