Fresenius Medical Care AG Announces CEO Change
On October 7, 2026, Fresenius Medical Care AG announced a significant leadership change. The Supervisory Board appointed Shervin J. Korangy as the new Chairman of the Management Board, effective October 12, 2026. Korangy, who has resigned from the Supervisory Board, will succeed Helen Giza.
