FREY: Update of the number of voting rights and shares

On May 21, 2025, FREY announced the total number of its shares and voting rights. As of that date, the share capital comprised 32,250,098 shares. The number of theoretical voting rights also stood at 32,250,098. However, only 31,901,175 voting rights were exercisable. This difference is due to the shares deprived of voting rights, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.
