Friedrich Vorwerk Achieves 39% Revenue Growth in Q3 2025

Friedrich Vorwerk Group SE, a prominent entity in energy infrastructure for gas, electricity, and hydrogen, reported significant growth in the third quarter of 2025. The company's revenue surged by 39% to €202 million, achieving an EBITDA margin of 25.4%. This growth more than doubled the previous year's EBITDA of €25.3 million, reaching €51.3 million this quarter.

The company's impressive performance is attributed to successful recruitment, with employee numbers increasing by 13%, and maintaining a robust order backlog of €1,102 million. Order intake during the first nine months stood at €419 million, showcasing strong project execution and acquisition strategies.

Consequently, Friedrich Vorwerk has revised its 2025 fiscal forecast, projecting revenue between €650-680 million and an EBITDA margin of 20.0-22.0%, up from previous estimates.
