Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has disclosed recent transactions involving its directors exercising share options. On November 3, 2025, three individuals with managerial responsibilities converted their options to 'A' Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.35 per share. The executives involved were Simon Emeny, Executive Chairman; Frederick Turner, Chief Operating Officer; and Peter Turner, Property Director. Each acquired 6,896 shares.
