Fuller, Smith & Turner Completes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. has executed a share buyback, acquiring 15,000 of its "A" Ordinary Shares at 40p each. The transaction was carried out through Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, trading as Deutsche Numis. Each share was purchased at a fixed price of 647 GBp, reflecting the specification of the recently announced buyback programme. This initiative was originally communicated on January 21, 2026.
The repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Subsequent to this transaction, Fuller’s total issued share capital comprises 36,446,686 shares, with 5,148,233 held in Treasury, resulting in 31,298,453 voting rights.
