Fuller, Smith & Turner Executed Share Buyback

Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has recently executed a purchase of its "A" Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction, part of an ongoing share buyback programme announced earlier this year, saw 10,008 shares acquired through Deutsche Numis. The shares were purchased at prices ranging from 634.00 to 644.00 GBp and will be held in Treasury.

Following this purchase, the company's total issued share capital is comprised of 36,446,686 “A” Ordinary Shares, with 5,173,241 of these held in Treasury.
