Fuller, Smith & Turner Executes Share Buyback
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC has repurchased 3,400 of its "A" Ordinary Shares at an average price of 599.2809 GBp as part of the share buyback programme announced in August 2025. The transaction was facilitated through Numis Securities Limited on the London Stock Exchange.
The highest and lowest prices paid per share were 600.00 GBp and 599.19 GBp, respectively. These repurchased shares will be held in Treasury. Consequently, Fuller's issued share capital now includes 36,391,365 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 4,020,780 shares held in Treasury. The total listed voting rights are 32,370,585.
Numis Securities Limited handled individual transactions, including one for 3,000 shares at 599.19 GBp and another for 400 shares at 600.00 GBp, executed on the XLON trading venue.
