Fuller, Smith & Turner Executes Share Buyback
On May 15, 2026, Fuller, Smith & Turner P.L.C. confirmed it has repurchased 15,000 of its "A" Ordinary Shares, each valued at 40p, on the London Stock Exchange. This transaction was conducted through Deutsche Numis and is part of the ongoing share buyback programme announced earlier this year.
The highest price paid per share was 626.00 GBp, with the lowest at 623.50 GBp. The average price totaled 624.75 GBp per share.
The acquired shares will be held in Treasury. Following this transaction, Fuller’s issued share capital amounts to 36,446,686 "A" Ordinary Shares, with 5,283,708 held in Treasury. The total number of listed voting rights stands at 31,162,978, relevant for shareholders under FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
