Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC Announces Share Buyback Transaction

On June 26, 2025, Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC executed a share buyback, acquiring 12,000 of its "A" Ordinary Shares at a weighted average price of 583.8027 GBp. The transaction was facilitated by Numis Securities Limited as part of the Program announced on March 14, 2025.

The shares were purchased at prices ranging between 576.00 GBp and 588.00 GBp. Fuller’s intends to hold the repurchased shares in Treasury, contributing to its total of 3,873,421 shares held. This raises the listed issued share capital to 36,822,789 shares, and voting rights totaled 32,949,368 shares.

This buyback is in line with regulatory frameworks under the UK’s adaptation of EU regulations on market abuse. Shareholders can use the updated voting rights count for regulatory disclosure purposes.
